How to Make Salmon Guacamole Fritters


  1. In a bowl mix 5 ounce pouch salmon, with 8 ounce package guacamole (or make your own) and the all-purpose flour (not self rising) and the egg
  2. Heat oil over medium low to medium heat in a frying pan, then add heaping spoonfuls of fritter batter, pressing them down and spreading them out a bit
  3. Cook about 10 minutes on each side, then cook another batch if there is batter left over
