  • 8 oz
    guacamole
  • 1/3 c
    flour

    egg
  • 3 Tbsp
    canola oil

How To Make salmon guacamole fritters

    In a bowl mix 5 ounce pouch salmon, with 8 ounce package guacamole (or make your own) and the all-purpose flour (not self rising) and the egg

    Heat oil over medium low to medium heat in a frying pan, then add heaping spoonfuls of fritter batter, pressing them down and spreading them out a bit

    Cook about 10 minutes on each side, then cook another batch if there is batter left over
