My name is Sheryl Muir and I am a Jamaican living in Jamaica and a mother of two (2) girls.
I presently operate a vanilla bean farm and a value-added line of products that are vanilla bean based. I enjoy cooking with different and natural spices, especially natural vanilla extract, since it is a combiner of flavours, NOT DISTINCTIVE, but subtle to the palate.
