Naturally made sour sop juice is a favourite amongst our friends and family members I enjoy preparing this juice for my family and friends because it is very quick and easy and just a glass of this juice is "packed" with numerous health benefits. - The seeds, which have emetic properties, can be used in the treatment of vomiting. - The leaf decoction (a liquid produced by heating) effective for head lice and bedbugs. - The crushed fresh leaves can be applied on skin eruptions to promote healing. - The juice of the fruit can be taken orally as a remedy for urethritis etc.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium sour sop
  • pinch nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon natural vanilla extract

How To Make sour sop juice with natural vanilla extract

  • Step 1
    Cut sour sop in half or peel skin, then remove the seeds from the pulp. Add water, blend until smooth (add water if liquid gets thick) Since this is a natural sweet fruit there's no need for sugar or honey. Add a pinch of grated nutmeg and a teaspoon of natural vanilla. Serve cool.
