My name is Jackie and I'm a very blessed single woman who shares a home with her mom. I love baking and trying new recipes. The recipes on this site look so intriguing.

I love cooking pound cakes, muffins and my specialty oatmeal raisin cookies. Baking for friends and family makes my heart glad. I love the looks on their faces when their special package is delivered. I constantly watch cooking shows, scour cookbooks and cooking websites for new challenges.
