Ingredients
- 2 pounds red potatoes
- 1 cup red pepper
- 1 cup yellow peppers
- 1 cup orange bell pepper
- 1/2 cup red onion
- 1/2 cup white onions
- 8 slices sausage
- 8 slices bacon
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, extra virgin
- 1 teaspoon fresh chives (chopped)
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
How To Make country style potatoes

Step 1Peel and cube potatoes

Step 2Cook bacon and sausage then set aside.

Step 3In a skillet, add olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add in onions and peppers. Cook about 5 minutes stirring often.

Step 4Add potatoes and spices, cover and cook for about 5 minutes stirring often.

Step 5Add bacon (broken into pieces) and sausage (broken into pieces) cover and cook for 5 minutes. Check potatoes and remove when cooked.

Step 6Salt and pepper to taste.
