My first year in 1970 at the Culinary school here in Baltimore. I learned to make soups the Chef Andrew took a liking to me and groomed me to be Sous Chef, who is the head chef's assistant, and I did all his 'dirty work'. I didn't know what or who a Sous Chef was then after 2 years I went to him and ask way was I doing 10 time more then any other student? That is when he told me his plans for me. I worked many years and did make it to level of Sous Chef now I'm a computer Geek!
Now married to a Filipino I love cook those kinds of food.
