These are super tasty. Really good. Easy to make and flavorful. Something different than a burger. You can use regular mayonnaise. I like the Japanese Kewpie mayonnaise it is much richer since they use more egg yolks

Ingredients
- 6 ounces can tuna drained well
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
- 1 medium shallot minced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup kewpie mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon heinz chili sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weeds.
- dash worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 tomato sliced
- 2 burger buns
- extra mayo for serving
How To Make tuna burgers

Step 1Mix the tuna, breadcrumbs, egg, shallot, garlic, Mayo, chili sauce, dill weed, Worcesterdhire sauce, salt and pepper.

Step 2Carefully form two patties. It will be a little loose.

Step 3Add the oil to a skillet. Wait until the oil is sizzling hot and add the patties. Cook about 5 minutes on one side. Carefully turn the patties and cook another 5 minutes.

Step 4Spread mayo on the top of both buns and then add the tomato slice. Add the tuna patties. Serve immediately.
