I have two professions, I am an OTR truck driver and a certified chef. I cook all my meals in my truck and share with fellow drivers when possible. There is nothing better than having two loves and being able to combine them. I worked in and then ran professional kitchens for 10 years but all that time I missed the road. I decided I had to get back out here but couldn’t leave the kitchen behind. I’ve learned through trial and error and now successfully have combined my two passions and fellow drivers benefit daily.
