Middle age has brought on some unsightly challenges, weight gain is amongst many of them. I am now a grandma of a beautiful little grandbaby/toddler. Grandma has to keep up with him, so I am on my weight loss journey finding fun recipes that are low carb, low or no sugar, high protein meals. I am hoping to discover some great new healthier foods. One of my enjoyments is feeding my family and friends. I love to cook for people. Food is my gift to others to enjoy! Now it's time to share healthier foods with my loved ones. ENJOY!!! God Bless!
