I am an Ordained Minister. I teach a Bible Study; have a prayer meeting and preach wherever I am invited. Also I have written a book and currently working on another one. In my spare time, I truly enjoy cooking and especially low carb, low fat but still tasty. I use many of the recipes I get and convert them to my own need. :o)
