Born, raised and lived most of my life in New England; Vermont to be specific. I learned to make a variety of foods such as Italian, Irish, Chinese, American, and many more. I now am learning to make Mexican cuisine, which my husband really enjoys.
I enjoy "Mixes" such as Amish Friendship Starter, homemade biscuit mix, onion soup mix, etc. Also dehydrating and Beef Jerky making.
Due to my husbands Congestive Heart Failure, he must have low sodium foods, which I prepare for him.
