Crepes for Valentine's Day by freda

Breakfast or Dessert?? Any day is crepes day if you want to surprise someone "SPECIAL" mom, sis, or loved ones. This is a favorite of mine, and I top mine with whip cream or powder sugar, or both; even ice cream or sour cream. Sometimes I will even use a fruit flavored yogurt. These are sooo good. Hope you'll take time to "Surprise Your Special Someone." Enjoy!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Fruity, fresh, fluffy, light, delicate ... I could go on and on. The Kitchen Crew tried them with whipped cream and vanilla yogurt - we liked both. Before we knew it we had eaten everything! Perfect for a brunch, luncheon, special occasion dinner, breakfast, dessert ... these are just yummy! The Test Kitchen
