1/3 capple cider vinegar
2 clovegarlic, minced
1/8 tspdry mustard
1 tspworcestershire sauce
1 tspsalt or less for low sodium diets, or use substitute
2/3 ccanola oil
How to Make Mama Di's French Vinaigrette
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a quart jar and stir. Add oil, cover and shake well. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Best if refrigerated for 24 hours.
Shake well before pouring onto your salad.
- Will last in refrigerator for up to 2 month. I have actually kept it for much longer.
Do not use Olive Oil, it solidifies in the fridge.
