Nice, light salad dressing for the summer; with a slight bite from the vinegar.
Also great for using as a marinade for Grilled Chicken!

  • 1/3 c
    apple cider vinegar
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 1/8 tsp
  • 1/8 tsp
    dry mustard
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp
    salt or less for low sodium diets, or use substitute
  • 2/3 c
    canola oil

How to Make Mama Di's French Vinaigrette


  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a quart jar and stir. Add oil, cover and shake well. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Best if refrigerated for 24 hours.
    Shake well before pouring onto your salad.
  2. Will last in refrigerator for up to 2 month. I have actually kept it for much longer.
    Do not use Olive Oil, it solidifies in the fridge.
