Nice, light salad dressing for the summer; with a slight bite from the vinegar. Also great for using as a marinade for Grilled Chicken!

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt or less for low sodium diets, or use substitute
- 2/3 cup canola oil
How To Make mama di's french vinaigrette

Step 1Combine first 6 ingredients in a quart jar and stir. Add oil, cover and shake well. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Best if refrigerated for 24 hours. Shake well before pouring onto your salad.

Step 2Will last in refrigerator for up to 2 month. I have actually kept it for much longer. Do not use Olive Oil, it solidifies in the fridge.
