Never realized I didn't fill out this part...

I am a stay at home mom, thanks to a few health problems, but I was an RN by profession.

I have a 14 year old son, 2 pit bulls, and 5 cats... oh, and a corn snake. My son plays soccer for his school, plays the cello and the drums, and is a boy scout.

I enjoy cooking and baking and have been doing so since I was 8. My mom and my grandmothers were great teachers. In the kitchen I learned a little math, a little science, and a lot of love.

One of the things I enjoy most is canning, I used to help my mom can and now I have my son helping me.
