Ingredients
- 2 pounds fresh asparagus (25 to 30 stalks)
- - olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
How To Make roasted parmesan asparagus

Step 1Lay asparagus in a single layer on a foil-lined cookie sheet.

Step 2Drizzle about 2 tablespoons of olive oil on asparagus.

Step 3Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Step 4Roast at 400 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes or until tender.

Step 5Remove from oven. Add Parmesan cheese.

Step 6Return to oven for another couple of minutes for the cheese to melt in.
