25 to 30 stalks fresh asparagus
olive oil
1/2 tsp
1/4 tsp
black pepper
1/2 c
grated parmesan cheese

How to Make Roasted Parmesan Asparagus


  • 1Lay asparagus in single layer on foil lined cookie sheet and drizzle about 2 tablespoons olive oil on asparagus. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and roast at 400 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Remove from oven and add parmesan cheese and return to oven for another couple of minutes for cheese to melt in.
