I am a home cook with about 65+ years of doing what I love most (creating a simple meal with ordinary ingredients). I learned most of my skills at the side of my mother. My motto: If it walks, flies, swims, or grows above or below the ground, I can make a delicious and satisfying dish from it. Nothing pleases me more than having someone enjoy my cooking. I love to make all kinds of ethnic cuisine. I firmly believe that it is our sacred duty to pass on good and simple recipes. If I don't share my recipes with others, then when I'm gone, so are the recipes.
