I've loved cooking since I was a kid. Being from a farm family, I could put a meal on the table by myself before I was a teenager! I am working to figure out old family recipes. Wish I could ask my aunts how they made some of the things I remember!
I have a son and two wonderful grandchildren! My son served in Iraq as a Marine Corpsman and has been a paramedic over 10 years. I enjoy teaching them to cook.
I've worked in several different types of offices, and drove a tractor trailer for 12 years and learned to cook in the truck! I also worked in a commercial kitchen for a short time.
