- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprica
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 medium potatoes,cleaned. can leave skins on or not. your choice
How To Make oven fried potatoes

Step 1Preheat oven to 425.

Step 2In a medium bowl,combine olive oil,salt,paprika and pepper.

Step 3Cut potatoes into long strips no more than 1" thick,adding them to a bowl as you do. Toss the potato strips in the seasoned oil so that they are covered. Spread potatoes in a shallow baking pan and scrape any remaining oil all over them. Bake 15 minutes,stirring several times,or until potatoes have a few nice brown sides.
