Easy and better for you than fried.Also can sprinkle with a little garlic salt instead of salt.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprica
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 medium potatoes,cleaned. can leave skins on or not. your choice

How To Make oven fried potatoes

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 425.
  • Step 2
    In a medium bowl,combine olive oil,salt,paprika and pepper.
  • Step 3
    Cut potatoes into long strips no more than 1" thick,adding them to a bowl as you do. Toss the potato strips in the seasoned oil so that they are covered. Spread potatoes in a shallow baking pan and scrape any remaining oil all over them. Bake 15 minutes,stirring several times,or until potatoes have a few nice brown sides.
