I really should have gotten a degree as a Chef. My father grew up on a farm and moved to the suburbs, My mother's grandparents owned a nursery with a farm. I have learned to eat well. I have a lot of allergies so I substitute, i.e. gluten-free oat flour, no wheat or corn, forget the pork (tasty tho), sea salt, unsalted real butter, grapeseed oil, and all organic ingredients as needed. My downfall are desserts and try to use alternatives like fruits. I use Stevia and I drink only almond milk, So I'm gonna love this recipe site. Looking forward to viewing some other special recipes.
