Really???? Have you priced pre-made Pico in the store? Don't pay that price! Make your own so much cheaper and better! YOU control how much heat goes into it. All you need is a white onion, some jalapeños, Roma tomatoes and a lime. (Don't forget the chips) Cents on the dollar. A good rule of thumb, Equal parts. Jalapeño, Onion, Tomatoes. Eyeball the ingredients, they should be around equal in size. Add lime juice, salt and cilantro to taste. It doesn't get any better than this. BTW I love, love, love my Vidalia Onion Chopper for this.

Ingredients
- 1 large white onion, diced fine
- 1 large jalapeño, seeded and diced fine
- 3 large roma tomatoes, seeded and diced fine
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 - lime, juiced
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
How To Make pico de gallo

Step 1Chop and assemble all the ingredients together. (Look, all the ingredients are about equal in amounts.)

Step 2Mix together the onions, tomatoes, jalapeños, cilantro and salt.

Step 3Squeeze in the juice of one lime.

Step 4Mix together well, cover and let sit for 30 minutes to 1 hour before dipping in.

Step 5Serve with anything. Great on Fish Tacos, with tostada chips, beans, tacos....let your imagination run wild.
