Pico De Gallo
1 largewhite onion, diced fine
1 largejalapeño, seeded and diced fine
3 largeroma tomatoes, seeded and diced fine
1/2 ccilantro, chopped
1 Tbspkosher salt
How to Make Pico De Gallo
- Squeeze in the juice of one lime.
- Mix together well, cover and let sit for 30 minutes to 1 hour before dipping in.
- Serve with anything. Great on Fish Tacos, with tostada chips, beans, tacos....let your imagination run wild.
