I recently started making my own yogurt and I began looking for more ways to use the delicious bounty. I came up with this dressing and it proved to be delightfully delicious. It is much lower in calories than the dressings I was using before. The family is pleased with this dressing too. In the future this is going to be our "go to" dressing.

Makes about 3 cups of dressing.
Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoons capers, drained
- 4 - canned anchovies, drained
- 2-3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- - fresh ground pepper, to taste
- 2 cups greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
How To Make yogurt salad dressing

Step 1Put the garlic, capers, anchovies, vinegar, mayonnaise, and yogurt into a food processor.

Step 2Turn on the food processor and while it is running slowly drizzle in the olive oil. Watch the texture, you may not need all of the olive oil.

Step 3When well blended, transfer the dressing to a container with a tight fitting lid and refrigerate until ready to use.
