Here again versatile recipe. You can use bone in .. Bone out. Center cut. Loin or country style ribs. Adjust cooking time for longer if they are thick. Easy full of flavor and kraut is great for your gut health!!! It replaces those good bacteria we need to digest properly. Especially if having been on prescription antibiotics. Made tonight and the one year old grandbaby ate more than I did lol. No pictures thou .. ????

2 cansauerkraut

How To Make sauerkraut and pork

1Pour sauerkraut into 9x13 baking dish and spread evenly

2season chops with just a little salt and as much pepper as ya like. Not to much salt as the kraut has its own

3cover and bake in 350° 30 minutes Depending how thick chops are you may need to increase time for thicker cut.

4Uncover and brown about 10 minutes Done!
