I love making my own rubs for what I smoke, Ribs, chicken, turkey, steaks, etc!
This one turned out to be a favorite in our family!

Ingredients

  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 2 tsp
    molasses
  • 1 Tbsp
    (heaping) garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    (heaping) onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp
    smoked paprika
  • 1/4 Tbsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    dry ranch dressing
  • 1 Tbsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    dry ginger
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp
    pepper

How to Make Candi's Dandy Ranch Rib Rub!

Step-by-Step

  1. put sugar and molasses through food processor until you have brown sugar!
    Add more or less molasses to get your desired darkness for the brown sugar!
  2. Add all other ingredients and sift in food prcessor until completely blended
  3. Rub generously on rack of ribs, massage into meat thoroughly..
