This chicken salad is great for lunch, dinner or a midnight snack. It's good anytime.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

What a refreshing twist on a chicken salad recipe. It's sweet, savory and has a little tang. The mixture of flavors and textures is amazing. I tried this on a croissant and it was delicious. This will be great for a summer cookout. The hardest part is waiting for the chicken to cook! The Test Kitchen
