    unsweetened almond milk (sprouted is prefered when possible) vanilla flavoring optional
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    spirulina powder (optional)
  • 1 c
    kale (handful)
  • 1 c
    baby spinach (handful)
  • 1 to 2 large
    frozen banana(s)
  • 1
    stevia to taste (optional)

How to Make Green Smoothie Supreme

Step-by-Step

  1. Blend in Blender on low (Vita-Mix is my favorate)
    Almond Milk
    Cinnamon
    Spirulina
    Stevia
  2. Add
    Kale
    Spinach

    Blend on High until Liquified
  3. Add Frozen Banana (Broken into pieces)

    Blend on High until smooth
