Step-by-Step

  • 1Blend in Blender on low (Vita-Mix is my favorate)
    Almond Milk
    Cinnamon
    Spirulina
    Stevia
  • 2Add
    Kale
    Spinach

    Blend on High until Liquified
  • 3Add Frozen Banana (Broken into pieces)

    Blend on High until smooth
