  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina powder (optional)
  • 1 cup kale (handful)
  • 1 cup baby spinach (handful)
  • 1 to 2 large frozen banana(s)
  • 1 - stevia to taste (optional)

How To Make green smoothie supreme

  • Step 1
    Blend in Blender on low (Vita-Mix is my favorate) Almond Milk Cinnamon Spirulina Stevia
  • Step 2
    Add Kale Spinach Blend on High until Liquified
  • Step 3
    Add Frozen Banana (Broken into pieces) Blend on High until smooth
