Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups vanilla wafers, crushed
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon rind
- 1 stick melted butter
- PIE FILLING
- 1 can 1 lb. 14 oz can fruit cocktail, drained.
- 1 pint sour cream
- - whipped cream with nutmeg
How To Make connecticut pie

Step 1Mix crust ingredients together and press into a 9" pie dish.

Step 2Mix the fruit cocktail and the sour cream together and place in pie shell. Bake 350 for 20 minutes. Chill.

Step 3When ready to serve, top with whipped cream and nutmeg
