Although I make plenty of high calorie treats for friends and family, my own diet is pretty healthy. After losing weight four years ago, I found the one thing that I could not give up was something sweet after meals. These delicious truffles make me feel like I'm cheating, when they are actually only 64 calories each! Perfect for packing in lunches to avoid the vending machine or slip into your purse for a mid-day pick-me-up. Enjoy!

Recipe makes 20 truffles and is easily doubled.
