Johnson's Bakery Butter Cream Frosting
A great basic recipe that you can use various flavorings in place of the vanilla (orange, lemon, etc.) or add food coloring to meet your needs.
- 3 Tbsp
- 1 stick
- real butter, room temp.
- 3 c
- confectioners' sugar
- 1 tsp
- clear vanilla
How to Make Johnson's Bakery Butter Cream Frosting
- 1Place butter and milk in a mixing bowl. Sift 2 cups of confectioners' sugar directly into bowl with butter. Mix until well blended. Sift and add additional confectioners' sugar until the desired consistency is reached. Scrape sides of bowl often.
