jeannie's baked oatmeal
This recipe came to me from Jeannie (a friend at Weight Watchers). I love this even more as second day leftovers served with homemade yogurt.

Ingredients
- 3 cups regular oats
- 1/2 cup raisins or fruit
- 4 cups milk
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 medium apples, peeled and chopped
- 1/3 cup flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- - **optional: chopped walnuts
How To Make jeannie's baked oatmeal

Step 1Mix all ingredients together in a 9 x 13 baking pan.

Step 2Bake 35 minutes at 350.

Step 3***Great the next day with yogurt!
