This recipe came to me from Jeannie (a friend at Weight Watchers). I love this even more as second day leftovers.

Ingredients

3 c
regular oats
1/2 c
raisins or fruit
4 c
milk
1/3 c
brown sugar
2 Tbsp
butter
2 tsp
cinnamon
1/4 tsp
salt
2 medium
apples, peeled and chopped
1/3 c
flax seeds
1 tsp
nutmeg
**optional: chopped walnuts

How to Make Jeannie's Baked Oatmeal

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix all ingredients together in a 9 x 13 baking pan.
  • 2Bake 35 minutes at 350.
  • 3***Great the next day with yogurt!
