This recipe came to me from Jeannie (a friend at Weight Watchers). I love this even more as second day leftovers.

Ingredients

  • 3 c
    regular oats
  • 1/2 c
    raisins or fruit
  • 4 c
    milk
  • 1/3 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 2 medium
    apples, peeled and chopped
  • 1/3 c
    flax seeds
  • 1 tsp
    nutmeg
  • ·
    **optional: chopped walnuts

How to Make Jeannie's Baked Oatmeal

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a 9 x 13 baking pan.
  2. Bake 35 minutes at 350.
  3. ***Great the next day with yogurt!
