coconut gluten free paleo bread

Updated on Jun 22, 2015

This is a gluten free unsweetened bread that can be sliced and enjoyed much like many other breads. Because it lacks gluten and does not contain yeast, it has a different texture and taste than wheat breads. This recipe can be doubled for a larger loaf, or divided into two smaller loaf pans for a nice tea bread. It is good warmed up with orange marmalade or jam or Nutella chocolate hazelnut bread. It is good to use for sandwiches and warmed up with smoked turkey and cheese.
