Sweet Hazelnut Baked Brie
How to Make Sweet Hazelnut Baked Brie
- Cut top off of Brie round & discard (getting rid of the white rind on the top.)
- Melt coconut oil in a bowl.
- Stir in hazelnuts and almond extract. Pour over the top of the Brie round.
- Warm the Brie round in the oven or microwave, until gooey. If using the microwave, heat it 30 seconds at a time, about 2-3 times, until melty.
Serve with Wheat Thins or other crackers.
Note: crackers are not diabetic friendly. May serve to be eaten with a dessert fork, or use fresh vegetables to dip.
