antipasto skewers
I took this to a work luncheon and it disappeared in minutes. This is a great idea for buffet situations, since it is served individually and is easily eaten, even while juggling a plate. You could also add fresh basil leaves and drizzle the entire plate with Balsamic vinegar.

Ingredients
- 1 can black olives
- 1 can green olives
- 1 pint grape or cherry tomatoes
- 1 pound fresh mini mozzarella balls
- 1 package thinly sliced italian dry salame (i like gallo)
- - embellished skewers
How To Make antipasto skewers

Step 1Drain olives and mozzarella balls.

Step 2Onto your skewers, place: 1 black olive 1 grape tomato 1 slice salame 1 mozzarella ball 1 green olive Fold salame slices in half and then half again to form a pie wedge shape. When arranging on the platter, place the "open" edge of the salame up - to create visual appeal.

Step 3Repeat and place onto a platter.
