Photo Of I Made Gravy With The Drippings, And Then Some Garlic Mashed Califlower And Potatoes! Super Yumm!! Although, I Cooked Mine In A Cast Iron Deep Skillet, So It Was A Bit More Cooked On The Bottom, And A Little Too Rare Towards The Top. Also, My Roast Was Only 3.25lbs, So I Only Cooked It For 17 Minutes Before Turning Off The Oven. I Think I Should Have Used A Different Pan, And Cooked It Just A Couple Minutes Longer. But With All That Said, It Was Still Really Yummy!! =d
