I am a stay at home mother, who just loves to cook! I acquired my love of food as a young girl, sitting on the counter, watching my grandfather create the most amazing dishes in his restaurant. By the age of 7 I had already tasted escargot (snails), and pate (goose liver mousse)! I'm not saying that they were good LOL, but it did help my taste buds yearn for more exciting things! So here I am as an adult, discovering my journey around the kitchen, and I am having a blast sharing that with all of you! =)
