Venison tenderloin after cooking about 15 minutes. It appears redder than it actually was. It was a good med rare & tender. I used Minor's Bourbon Style sauce on it when I ate it. So good.

Venison & pork tenderloins before cooking.
Venison & pork tenderloins after cooking. Cooked the pork for about 25 minutes & the venison for about 15 minutes. They were a little more done than they appear but were perfect. The pork was slightly pink & juicy & the venison was med rare & oh so tender.

We just eat a nice lunch & then maybe a light snack in the veening. I don't like eating late (diabetic) & hubby likes eating right before bedtime - 12:00am.
