Venison & Pork Tenderloins After Cooking. Cooked The Pork For About 25 Minutes & The Venison For About 15 Minutes. They Were A Little More Done Than They Appear But Were Perfect. The Pork Was Slightly Pink & Juicy & The Venison Was Med Rare & Oh So Tender.

Venison Tenderloin After Cooking About 15 Minutes. It Appears Redder Than It Actually Was. It Was A Good Med Rare & Tender. I Used Minor's Bourbon Style Sauce On It When I Ate It. So Good.

I saw that whan I was a teenager & then again about a year ago. Very good movie. But that is so true.

reminds me of that comment in the movie "Jeramiah Johnson" where the old mountain man Will Gear says to Redford, "can't figure those city folk out...they eat pig when they could be eating elk..." lol

Good for you. Some people would rather eat Bessie, the cow that they know, instead of eating a wild animal. Go figure!

Thanks Peggi...it was yummy! Had some guests over for the superbowl and they had never had any wildgame...as they were reaching for this I smiled and asked them if they liked their moose rare...they paused, then dove in and were amazed saying that it tasted just like beef and would never had known...ahhh, more converts to the cause!!!
