56 yrs young, raised by Swedish Nana that loved to Bake. Italian Nana that loved to Cook. A Grandpa who was a Gardener & Fisherman, who also cooked. Add a "Adopted" Mom who cooked Western Cowboy Grub. And a Husband who's family were Farmers from Nebraska, (Polish & German). And Then YEARS of Traveling around the U.S. collecting recipes, & Cook Books,& you could say I am a Well Rounded Cook, literally! We Garden, raise our own Meat, Eggs, Fish & Hunt for it too! We trade & share with other Gardener's, Hunters, & Rancher's, so we know where our food comes from ;)We also live near the Sea! YUM!
