Hello Just a Pinch, I was a member for a while but I only recently came back to this site after I joined the Blogging Brigade. It's a great honor to know that my little food blog is making it's way around the block.

I lost 70 lbs so far doing a low-carb diet and I couldn't be any happier. I can only say that If I can do it, so can you.
