Ingredients
- 2 pounds hamburger (80%)
- 4 ounces shredded blue cheese
- 8 slices ready cooked bacon
- 1 - egg
- - salt n pepper
- - char crust spice mix
How To Make coma burger

Step 1Mix the hamburg with the egg and salt n pepper. Divide in 8 patties, wide and thin.

Step 2Place just about 1oz of cheese and 2 slices of bacon in the middle of a patty and place a second patty over it. Work the meat to seal the edges.

Step 3Sprinkle char crust over both sides of the burger, blackening spices can be used too.

Step 4You can fry pan these but the BBQ is where it's at. Grill on a low flame with the cover down until done through.
