How to Make Coma Burger
- Mix the hamburg with the egg and salt n pepper. Divide in 8 patties, wide and thin.
- Place just about 1oz of cheese and 2 slices of bacon in the middle of a patty and place a second patty over it. Work the meat to seal the edges.
- Sprinkle char crust over both sides of the burger, blackening spices can be used too.
- You can fry pan these but the BBQ is where it's at. Grill on a low flame with the cover down until done through.
