I am back in my kitchen doing what I consider healthy cooking. I recently lost my husband to small cell lung Cancer and life has taken a turn. For two years I have grieved the loss of my life mate. He loved my cooking and I am a good cook, but who likes cooking for one. I have made it a goal to do some Cancer Healthy Foods after learning to recook when my husband had Cancer.
Endure with me as I will grieve the loss of my husband the rest of my life, but I am in hopes my recipes will put a smile on someones face, and a yummy taste in their tummy. Happy New Year to you all, nice to back!
