This is a simple go to recipe that can take away the edge of hunger! You can add more vegetable, I choose the convenience of a frozen package of Jalapeno with Onion Mix!

Ingredients
- 1 cup cabbage head
- 1 package jalapeno pepper mix with onions
- 2 cups beef broth, reduced sodium
- 1 tablespoon safflower oil
- 1 can crushed tomatoes with onion
How To Make easy cabbage soup

Step 1Roughly Chop one cabbage head

Step 2Saute One package of Jalapeno Pepper Mix in lightly coated pan with Safflower Oil (low heat)

Step 3Add Cabbage to the pepper mixture, wilt slightly

Step 4After all Vegetables are wilted then add the beef broth and allow to simmer for 30 minutes at a low heat!

Step 5You may salt and pepper to desired taste, myself it does not need any salt or pepper. This is personal preference
