I have been a baker and cake decorator for 40+ years. A former bakery owner but retired now due to health issues. I love 2 cook and bake for family & friends. Faves are comfort food, like cabbage rolls, Swiss steak, etc. Some recipes are 100+ yrs old. I also like 2 make healthy changes to recipes.
For 6 yrs I've been getting healthier working out in a warm pool, resulting in a 125 lb loss. I am now 200 lbs down from my highest & still going.
My son & my grandson (tasters) live with me.
Our 5th annual Spring Fling will be in Seattle, WA in May 2016.
