Before my car wreck on August 19, 2006, I was.a well seasoned cook. I worked in power plants all over Texas, Colorado, Wyoming and Montana. Often I was the only female on the job. The guys in my crew would pitch in and pay me to cook for them once a week.
Since I grew. Up on the Texas Gulf Coast and spent.my high. School years in Southern Louisiana, my cooking style is Tex-Mex,Cajun, sea food and Southern Comfort,.Since I can no.longer cook myself, I cook vicariously through my Mom. I love sharing my recipes with others and trying other people's recipes.
