My husband and I finally moved to the sunny Space Coast of Florida in June of 2016, we are overwhelmed with excitement starting our new life here in FL and can not wait to get out into the sun!! I have worked in deli's and Bakeries all throughout High School and college but never thought of going to culinary school until now. I am now a proud graduate from both the Pastry Arts and Culinary Arts program at Escoffier Culinary Academy. I have also had the privilege and honor of working at the Waldorf Astoria in Boca Raton, FL as a Pastry Chef.
