I have been cooking out of necessity at first, my hubs was in the Air Force so I had to cook and had a mom that didn't want me in the kitchen. I bought my first cookbook in 1967 and that is what started all this.
After retiring started entering cooking contests, and to my shock actually started winning some of them. Wow.
I found JAP quite by accident looking for a cooking contest, and was hooked when there was immediate response to a recipe and all kinds of chat going on. I was sent last year and this year too to Las Vegas to compete in the World Food Competition. JAP I ♥ you xoxoxo
