Ingredients
- eight ounce wheel of brie
- 2 premade pie crusts
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
- 36 cocktail sausages
- 1 egg yolk beaten
- scatter sesame and poppy seeds
How To Make pigs in a blanket with brie dip

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Step 2Cut off top of Brie and set in the middle of one pie crust.

Step 3Sprinkle with the herb and garlic mixture, and put the top back on. Place the second pie crust over the brie.

Step 4Press the pie crust across the top and down the sides of the Brie.

Step 5Cut even sized strips all around the brie, like the sun, making 18 strips.

Step 6Take one sausage, place it on a pie crust strip and roll up. Continue until all the sausages are used up.

Step 7Beat egg yolk and brush over crust, sprinkle the seeds over all.

Step 8Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until golden.

Step 9Allow to cool 5 to 10 minutes, then cut the top off.
