My name is Ro and the handsome guy in the picture is my late husband Dennis...he passed away 3/15/2022...we Loved cooking together and had our own little business called Yellow Rose a Smokin. Some of the recipes listed was a colab between him and others are tweaked versions of some of our favorite dishes from various restaurants. He was my pit master and I did most of everything else. I know that some of the recipes like my smoked ham macaroni salad and meatloaf calls for miracle whip but mayo works just as well. Add, subtract or add ingredients. Make them your own. ❤️
