I'm a retired Mom of 2, Grandma of 4, and soon to be Great Grandma. Cooking for my family is my passion. My dad was a pastry chef and mom grew most all of our food and cooked everything from scratch. Maybe that's where I get my love for cooking. I don't cook fancy. I like to call myself a farm house cook. Mashed potatoes, gravy, cinnamon rolls, cookies, chicken and noodles, etc is what I grew up on. You won't need any weird or hard to find ingredients in any of my recipes. About the only "fancy" thing you might see in a recipe is sun-dried tomatoes.
