Love to cook and bake. I usually do not use a recipe (unless it is one of the great recipes here on Just a Pinch!) and I love to "mix it up" in the kitchen. My husband says that although it is always good, I never make the same thing twice!

After I make a recipe that I want to post I make it several times to get down my ingredients, quantities, and directions.

My special interest is baking bread and rolls and I have worked hard to perfect my posted bread/rolls recipes. All my bread/rolls recipes have been made many times to assure that measurements and directions are exact.
