Hi. Been cooking for forever....never joined a group before. Hope to be able to say it was fun. Took 2 years but I've lost 245lbs...and gained some life threatening allergies, a wheat problem and a sugar problem. & my mom is diabetic. So, back to cooking from scratch & hoping to learn from all of you how tweak my favorite recipes so that they are safe for both of us to indulge. I thank you In advance for your help.
